Too many people confuse their body and mind because instead of continuously working out, they keep quitting or taking long periods of time off. A lot of people who first start working out get overwhelmed and burn themselves out, because they take on a lot more than they can handle. A lot of people when first working out commit to working out to many days a week and at first should only commit to working out only 2-3 days a week. People also need to start off slowly and on their off days try different style physical activities.
